Jerseys are usually received in 8 days in the EU, jewelry is usually received in 7 days in the EU, bags are usually received in 3 days in the EU.
Shipments are usually processed within 48 hours, but this timeframe may be extended depending on the volume of orders (2 to 5 days).
Are some purchases final sales?
We cannot accept returns for certain items.

We invite you to choose your bags and jerseys carefully, because for reasons of quality and hygiene, bags and jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns of bags and jerseys complicate stock management and seasonal models. We prefer to reserve each new item for a firm purchase.

A 1-year warranty applies to stainless steel jewelry.
To obtain a replacement item, you will need to contact us, provide your order number and attach photos of the item's defect up to 1 year after purchase.
A new article will then be sent to you as soon as possible.

No additional charges apply to jewelry and jerseys; delivery is exceptionally free for all our items.
Bags delivered by FedEx may incur charges depending on the country of receipt (approximately €12 refundable upon contacting us by email) payable after delivery of the package.

Special requests are usually processed and shipped quickly (2-5 business days).
The competition is available and accessible to anyone wishing to participate; the price of participation is €1. Please enter your ring and swimsuit size before adding your participation to the basket.
